We started the activity by asking the children what healthy food means for them. Then, we showed them some pictures of healthy food and some pictures of junk food (e.g. Chocolate, Burger, Candies and beverages). The children were asked which of these they usually eat. Based on their answers, we debated the importance of eating healthy food. The activity ended when they were asked to draw a healthy lunch and to stick on pictures that represent healthy food.
